Who we are
REPL (Real Estate Prospecting League) is a competition platform for real estate professionals in Canada and the United States. This policy describes how we handle information you provide when you create an account, compete, or follow the league.
What we collect
When you join we collect your name, email address, password, role, and (for competitors) phone number, city, state or province, country, and brokerage or company name. We also store self-reported challenge statistics, team and open-house details you enter, referral codes, and messages you post in member community channels. Payment card data is not collected by REPL.
What is public
Leaderboards and public agent pages show your name, role, brokerage or company name, city, state or province, country, and competition statistics. Email addresses and phone numbers are not shown on public pages. Team leaders who invite you to a team can see roster contact details for members of that team.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the league: accounts, rankings, referrals, team invitations, verification of winning results, and administration. Challenge statistics are self-reported. REPL administrators may review, correct, or disqualify results as described in the League Rules.
Sharing
We use hosting and authentication providers (including Supabase) to run the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the integrity of the competition.
Retention and your choices
We keep profile and competition history for as long as your account exists and as needed for historical rankings. You may request a correction or account deletion by contacting a REPL administrator. Some public ranking history may remain after an account is closed if it was already published.
