TERMS OF USE
Last updated August 24, 2026. REPL administrators have final authority over competition results as stated in the League Rules.
The service
REPL is a free membership league for real estate prospecting competitions. You may follow the league or compete. Rankings, clubs and statistics are provided as a community competition, not as financial, employment or brokerage advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Email confirmation may be required before you can use the app. REPL may activate, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or the League Rules.
Self-reported statistics
Door-knocking and database numbers are entered by members and are not imported automatically from Harvast or Nurture. Conversion rate and REPL Score are calculated by REPL. You agree that submitted figures match the required tracking tools. Administrators may verify, correct, lock a month, or disqualify results.
Required tools
Competing in Door Knocking requires Harvast Door Knocking. Competing in Homeowner Nurture requires Nurture. REPL does not sell those products. Links to obtain them are provided for convenience.
Acceptable use
Do not fabricate activity, harvest other members’ private contact details, attack the service, or impersonate another person. Duplicate or unverifiable activity may result in disqualification.
Limitation of liability
REPL is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, REPL and its operators are not liable for lost rankings, lost business, or disputes between members, brokerages, or tool vendors. Monthly prizes, if any, are described separately and may change.
Changes
